About you

We are looking for individuals that enjoy taking ownership of their responsibilities.  You’ll be confident in managing multiple tasks, have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and be comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Key responsibilities and skills

As a Client Onboarding and Corporate Services Administrator, you will provide an efficient and accurate service by managing the new client onboarding process from the initial point of contact to handover alongside providing essential ongoing support to the Company Secretarial Manager.

This will include:

  • Managing the onboarding process for new clients, including liaising with our sales and marketing department in order to begin the onboarding process promptly.
  • Ensuring all new client on boarding tasks and compliance checks are completed accurately and in line with Anti-Money Laundering legislation.
  • Assisting with the organisation and ongoing maintenance of KYC (Know Your Client) documentation and records.
  • Monitoring KYC documentation and ensure that it is complete before a client becomes ‘live’.
  • Ensuring regulatory and compliance rules are adhered to, especially around KYC and AML.
  • Providing onboarded clients to the admin team.
  • Assisting the company Secretarial Manager with administration duties, including maintaining statutory registers and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Deputising for the Company Secretarial Manager during periods of absence, ensuring a seamless continuation of service.
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and Company Secretarial Manager with general administrative duties as required.
  • Collaborating with all colleagues to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Being responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with IT.
  • Ensuring full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls, and any related issues are raised via the appropriate channels.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience or understanding of Anti Money Laundering regulations is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Comfortable working with detailed documentation.
  • Articulate self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise daily workloads whilst working efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently.
  • Previous experience in an accountancy or professional services firm is advantageous.
