Kirsty joined Rouse in 2021 as Senior Payroll Administrator with 30 years’ experience in payroll services.
Spending the first 11 years of her payroll career at recruitment agency Manpower, Kirsty was responsible for looking after their permanent staff payroll for approximately 1,200 staff. She then joined a company where she looked after the payroll for approximately 60 pubs and restaurants, before moving into practice with 13 years as a payroll supervisor at RSM, Oury Clark and then joining our payroll team.
At Rouse, Kirsty looks after clients with varied payroll sizes and frequencies. She has significant experience across the full range of payroll responsibilities including pension auto-enrolment, statutory payments, manual calculations (Tax / NI / Pension) and BACS.
In an ever-changing payroll and legislative world, Kirsty focuses on keeping up to date with all payroll developments and offering a high level of client service.
