Ryan Finn

Systems and Management Accountant

Specialisms

Ryan is a Management Accountant with extensive experience in streamlining and automating accounting systems to drive business efficiency and growth.

Ryan holds a BSc in Finance & Accounting for Financial Services and is an Associate Member of the London Institute of Banking & Finance (ALIBF). He is also a fully accredited member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), and is currently progressing through the ACCA qualification, having successfully completed 9 out of 13 exams.

Ryan began his career within a recruitment company while completing his degree. This early exposure to the business world provided a solid foundation for his subsequent transition into accountancy practice, where he spent five years developing his skills as a Management Accountant.

After gaining valuable experience in practice, Ryan returned client-side, spending two years as a Management Accountant/Analyst at an E-Commerce business with a strong focus on Amazon in the UK, EU, USA, and Canada. Here, he played a pivotal role in designing bespoke financial systems that improved profitability, reduced costs across multiple markets, and automated Management Accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The business, part of a larger, rapidly expanding group with an annual turnover in the tens of millions, provided a dynamic environment for Ryan to further develop his accountancy and technology skills.

Currently, Ryan focuses on streamlining and automating systems and processes in his role of Management Accountant at Rouse. He is passionate about leveraging his expertise to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and create value through innovative solutions. With a deep understanding of both accounting principles and the latest technology solutions that can transform financial operations, Ryan is excited to support our clients in this rapidly developing space.
