Ula joined Rouse Partners in 2018 and heads up our Payroll team. Her experience spans over 5 years, including in-house payroll and supporting businesses ranging from SMEs to large corporates.
Ula’s role includes the day to day running of the various frequency payrolls, calculating statutory payments and setting up pension auto-enrolment.
As Payroll Manager, Ula supports clients with HMRC queries and makes sure they are up to date with any legislative changes. Leading our payroll department, she also supports the team to provide a high quality and responsive client service.
